The Centre for Protein Research provides service analyses for all Departments of the University of Otago and institutes outside the University of Otago. Services provided by the Centre for Protein Research are priced on a cost-recovery basis. We differentiate the costs for academic institutes within the University of Otago and external users.

For any service analysis please download and complete the “Request for Analysis” form and send it together with your samples to the Centre for Protein Research.

Large scale protein identification – proteomics projects

We also provide service analysis for large scale projects or will perform such large scale projects on a collaborative basis for users who are unable to perform the experiments. This can be provided for both users of the University of Otago and external users.
